Terms of Service

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Clients must provide accurate details about their property and cleaning needs at the time of booking.
  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.
  • If access is not provided, the appointment will be considered a missed service and may be subject to a fee.

3. Scope of Work

  • Our services include standard cleaning as outlined in the service agreement.
  • We do not perform tasks that require specialized equipment, hazardous cleaning, or excessive lifting.
  • If additional services are required, they must be agreed upon before the cleaning appointment.

4. Liability & Damages

  • While we take great care in handling your property, Fresh & Sparkle Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items that are not properly secured.
  • Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees.

6. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working conditions are unsafe or if there are unreasonable expectations.
  • In cases of harassment or inappropriate behavior towards our staff, service will be terminated immediately.
